Tony started his company, Resource Strategic Change Facilitators some 20 years ago and has built up a reputation as being an effective facilitator who uses his expertise and skills to help organisations manage change in a participative way.
Tony has written four books and his latest book: Strategic Facilitation goes on sale in the early summer 2014. His two books
on Facilitation are being formatted for Kindle this spring.
His Process Iceberg methodology for facilitation and change has been adopted by a wide variety of organisations across many sectors and is now being applied (under licence) in New Zealand and Poland.
