What kind of person are you?
More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
Sasha worked for twenty years as Managing Director of an exemplar organisation achieving awards for business excellence as well as Sunday Times Top 100 best employer status - in the challenging field of regeneration, affordable housing and neighbourhood services. This experience taught me that 'how' you do things matters as much as 'what' you do. If you create synergy between these two factors, aligning the culture of the organisation with the ambitions of customers and clients - then success follows. Giving due emphasis to behaviour - self-belief, commitment and collaboration - at all levels produces outstanding results for individuals and for the organisation. In 2010, I established my own company, SashaDeepwellPartnerships, founded on the vision of making a positive contribution to the world through developing people to unlock their leadership potential. I deliver leadership programmes using coaching, action learning and other solutions focussed approaches as well as delivering consultancy services in support of transformation programmes, working with Boards and senior teams, to include cultural change, business development strategy, communications and engagement. I have set up an ethical business model and am contributing 15% of my time to community and charitable organisations.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
I would like to network and share learning with other like-minded people who share my passion for achieving positive impacts through the development of people and their organisations.
What do you do for your own development?
I am currently studying part-time at doctorate level - researching the impact of engagement/community control on levels of well-being in programmes of regeneration/neighbourhood investment. My research includes the fields of psychology, applied social studies, urban regeneration and health.

Hi Sasha,

Welcome to AMED! How did you find us?

Well done for stepping out and setting up your own company - you'll find plenty of others who are fellow-travellers on that road here, who may want to share stories and experience.
