What kind of person are you?
More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I originally trained and worked in the electronics industry, first in radio and telecommunications and later in automated production line equipment for the car and computer industries. I have also worked as an audio visual aids technician, a boarding house master, a training officer and an adventure cameraman and outdoor pursuits instructor. For the last 20 years I have been employed as a business consultant working in education, government departments, county and district councils, manufacturing and service organisations. My philosophy is founded on the belief that work is an essential part of our humanity and that good management is not only necessary for the health of our organisations but also for the health of our communities. I work to improve communities by helping managers to improve organisational performance and rediscover pride and enjoyment in work.
