I am a bit of a gypsy, I have lived and worked in the UK, in France, and in North America (mainly in Canada). My consultant work has been focused in the health and social care sectors. I think one of the most important things I can do as a consultant is to continually re-invent myself. Lately I have been exploring the area of restorative justice and how its principles might be helpful to organizations involved in change processes.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
To be on the mailing list, so that when I am in the UK I am able to participate in the Writers Group workshops
follow/engage in discussions that help my own thinking and development
What do you do for your own development?
Currently taking courses on Conflict resolution using the Restorative Justice model developed by Barry Stewart et al to integrate the work into my consulting practice
Courses on Social Media how integrate them into my marketing and practice
