More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know): I work with changing organisations to help ensure they get the benefits they expect from their good change ideas. I am passionate about people’s voices being heard, gaining clarity where there is none and making sure the time, energy and resource devoted to changing is well spent. I work in support of effective change agency, and authentic leadership. I am a Registered and Chartered Occupational Psychologist, and I live with my husband and three children in Northamptonshire.
