Being in education throughout my working life, I have gained a toolkit of skills and a repository of knowledge that I can apply in different environments. My passion is learning. I believe that learning brings about a change in behaviours and my style of facilitation is based on empowering others to learn and change intrinsically.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Meeting like minded people and sharing learning.
What do you do for your own development?
I attend events that interest me. I read academic articles as well as articles written by influencers on social media. I talk to people who share my values.
