Facilitator, helping organisations redesign themselves for 21 century, with emphasis on distributive participative leadership. Brought up UK and Switzerland, university in Canada, large part of my working life in Japan where I became intimately familiar with consensus and lean thinking.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Learn and share others' perspectives on new principles of leadership, and what that means practically for leadership development
What do you do for your own development?
Constantly browsing, learning what I don't know, and unlearning what I do, attend variety of seminars, workshops and forums, and read.
