HI Penny,  Thanks for your welcome and feedback about my web site.  I think I've now uploaded a photo of me....fingers crossed.  And will give some thought to adding stuff to my profile in the next few days.  I've also joined the Coaching Group, thanks for the suggestion.

Your name is familiar to me, so I imagine our paths have crossed at various workshops and events, so I'll look out for you next time.

Thanks Penny,

I came to you through knowing Theodore Taptiklis, a contributor to eO&P.  I had hoped to submit an article myself but now plan to submit something for the Winter issue on the intertwining of practitioners' self-awareness and their sense of organisational reality(ies). I look forward to engaging with everyone.

Best wishes

Hi Penny, thanks for the warm welcome.

It was a tweet from Belina Raffy that alerted me to AMED.

Feel like I've been looking for this network for a long time and happy to have found it.

I'm not around on the 13th but will look for the next opportunity to meet F2F.

Hi Penny

Thanks for the warm welcome. I will be attending a funeral for most of the day on 13th so I won't be attending the AGM.

All the best and hope to meet you soon

Really interesting, thanks Penny - it's a similar type of initiative and I really love they're use of art as a way of engaging people.

Thanks for your advice Penny - we are well up from learning from those who are ahead of us on the road.  We are in a very rural, isolated and deprived area so it's inclusivity is going to be an uphill challenge - but we're prepared to give it a go!

Thanks again,

Hi Penny,

Thanks for your warm welcome, and please accept my apologies for not replying earlier due to losing emails, spam filters & answer to your question, I believe I came across you via SkillFair

Regret time has been at a premium recently however I will endeavour to return, take you up on your suggestion, and make a positive contribution to the site-which looks very friendly indeed!

Best wishes, David

Thanks Penny. I found this network through a Linked In network, but can't remember which one it was!

Hi Penny,

Did you have any further thoughts about SDN & a session on the self as instrument? Maybe it might be more pragmatic to wait for your successor to come on board?

Hi Penny,

Thanks for the welcome. Photo is added...

Someone recommended i check the AMED site out as i'm developing an OD programme.  I look forward to the networking and discussions.

Hi Penny,

Thanks for the welcome. This is a belated response, but I am now putting AMED into my bring up file so I check in here more regularly.

In terms of events, I suppose what I'm looking for is the opportunity to reflect. I'm now growing my own organisation and mainly working with individual professionals, so my perspective is shifting.

Warm regards,

Hi Penny,

I would love to share the work. I'd be happy to draw something together on the self as instrument of change in the context of sustainable development for a future SDN meeting. What would work for you?

Hi Penny,

Thanks for the congrats. I'm leading a session on autoethnography as a method for the Writers' Group in April. What sort of session and what kind of forum did you have in mind for the subject of my dissertation (solo practitioner & self as instrument)? I'd be interested in pursuing something if there were interest...
