currently a BSc undergraduate studying human biology and health.
I'm in my final year where I am conducting a meta-analysis on seeing whether changing protein intake post ACL reconstruction surgery can aid in reducing muscle atrophy during return to sport for rugby players.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
citations based on my dissertation (ACL reconstruction, return to sport and nutritional levels).
What do you do for your own development?
mentally I read up on mainly genetic, physiological and nutritional based articles. I also watch at least one documentary a week on a range of topics including space, history and nature.
Physically I participate in wild swimming at least twice a week and undergo kickboxing training at least three times a week.
