I'm the founder of CATS3000, a change and facilitation company based in Brighton UK. I'm the co-author of the books "Technosophy" and "Equality", as well as director of Rational Madness Theatre. I facilitate workshops all over the world.

Deep diving into reality. I'm in interested in how leaders and managers develop in emergent ways.
