I am in the final year of my PhD which is exploring the application of the Holistic Development Model in the life of leaders (University of Winchester). My research findings are that digging deep into the spiritual rooted-ness of leaders (individual and groups) is life-affirming, convicting and can lead to rich transitions, aha moments and release of positive energy and vision. I am practising as a spiritual mentor supporting leaders as they unpack and explore their relevance of their spiritual life to their leadership.
