I am UK-based management practitioner, currently studying a Masters in Organisational Development. My management experience includes roles in petrochemicals, energy utilities and the UK roads sector. I am a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and Member of the Association for Project Management.

Thanks for the welcome David, and you're right it's an amazing trasition from engineering, if not necessarily an easy one. I did manage to upload a profile photo, but only after uploading it to the wrong area of the site completely! (can't seem to delete it from there either). Also I've submitted a paper I've written on leadership as part of some work I've done at Roffey Park which might be of interest. Thanks again and I look forward to having a good look around the site.
Welcome, Stuart. That's a wonderful transition, from engineering to OD. You'll be slowly discovering you can't rely on anything you ever thought you knew! Meanwhile, whole new landscapes are opening up. I hope you're enjoying it.
