I design and deliver leadership programmes and recently supervising and supported 18 facilitators to deliver a global programme - it was a lovey opportunity. Just started the Diploma in Supervision with CSA, also recently gained accredited in Motivational Mapping and a tool for use in supervision - Coaching Signatures. Am always looking to learn and experience something new.
