What kind of person are you?
More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I believe better participation at work leads to increased well-being, and productivity, resilience and growth. It becomes easier for people and organisations to thrive, while contributing to social, economic and environmental sustainability.
So I help people work together better, by helping re-frame leadership, management and how to get things done. Practically this means helping people change behaviour – learning to communicate differently, and learning to take up team membership and leadership roles more effectively.
What do you do for your own development?
Lots: in groups, through SCT (Systems Centred Training), with colleagues.
