What are your top professional skills?
Executive and Team Coaching, Organisational [Occupational and Business] Psychology including what is commonly termed 'brain based' approaches in business. I also develop and train executive coaches and team leaders through supervision. I also develop psycho-diagnostic tool kits and provide training in their use in business and community settings.
What kinds of management education and development services are you involved in?
Executive & team leadership coaching and mentoring, psychology of coaching individuals and teams. Coaching and mentoring programme design and implementation.

My professional specialism is organisational/occupational psychology for which I hold professional qualifications as well as formal registration to practice both in Australia and the UK. I am also co-founder of the Coaching & Mentoring Network.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
At this point in time the most important thing I would like from the AMED network is engagement in the special issue of the e-Organisations and People special issue which focuses on the future of coaching and mentoring.
What do you do for your own development?
I engage in a range of activities for my own development. The mandatory requirements for the professional psychological registrations I hold in both the UK and Australia form the foundation of my development activities. This is supplemented by additional activities usually in the form of peer consultation and networking with a broad range of professionals in different fields. I am also supervised and provide supervision for others [Psychologists and Coaches].
