What I’d like from the AMED network is…
At this point in time the most important thing I would like from the AMED network is engagement in the special issue of the e-Organisations and People special issue which focuses on the future of coaching and mentoring.
What do you do for your own development?
I engage in a range of activities for my own development. The mandatory requirements for the professional psychological registrations I hold in both the UK and Australia form the foundation of my development activities. This is supplemented by additional activities usually in the form of peer consultation and networking with a broad range of professionals in different fields. I am also supervised and provide supervision for others [Psychologists and Coaches].
