I strongly believe there is a better way to run our organisations, whether those are businesses, not-for-profits, schools, hospitals or society itself- and that humans have the ability to create places that are more soulful, happier and fulfilling to all.
As a chartered accountant by training, I speak fluent finance and can help organisations develop structures and processes that meet their purpose, become more human and are commercially sustainable.
As part of a value mesh - network of consultants we work with leaders and organisations to make them more effective - particularly when it comes to establishing collaborative working, problem solving and decision making. Specifically, we help them to explore what the new way of working can offer them. We help them to engage with their stakeholders and clients, improve efficiency, reduce bureaucracy and make collaboration more effective.
