More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I help large organisations become more open, collaborative, honest, agile and better at innovating through developing participatory leadership capabilities and more social, digital working practices.

I also helped to set up and run a local social innovation unconference and network, which has created many social projects and start-ups, some of which I support. I'm on the board of a local charity, currently looking at how we open source a social inclusion project.

I'm also, first and foremost, a dad.
