More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know): I conduct research into leadership and the development of flexible education and training institutions. I coach and mentor leaders and aspiring leaders in post compulsory education, I taught and led at senior levels in further and higher education and have many years experience of governance in the public and voluntary sectors. In my freelance work I enjoy collaborating to carry out training, research and in writing.

What I’d like from the AMED network is…: Opportunities to update my knowledge and experience of education development.

What do you do for your own development?: I read, attend conferences, courses/seminars/workshops, travel overseas to learn from colleagues in further and higher education and collaborate with colleagues in the UK and overseas.
