What kind of person are you?
More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
Initial stages of career were in HR, punctuated by short stint delving into the logical world of systems analysis, before returning to the messy business of people. Latterly responsible for management development for international business services group.
Joined The Keil Centre, Chartered Psychologists, as a consultant in 1997 and became a Director in 1999. Responsible for the Assessment and Development services of the business.

Keep refreshed with new thinking, research, ideas, practical solutions
What do you do for your own development?
Lots of reading, working with colleagues, attend events when possible
I'm not sure if we've met but I certainly recognise your name. If you are still in touch with any of the old AMED central belt community, please spread the word. There is something of a resurgence going on.
