Kwame is consultant specialising in leadership development and coaching, people strategy and HR management. He has worked across the different sectors of industry from the commercial sector through the public sector (NHS, local government, Civil Service) to colleges as an adviser, educator, consultant and coach. Prior to entering consulting Kwame was Director of HR strategy in the public sector and taught part time at Birkbeck College and the Open University Business School. Kwame is an energetic consultant, applied strategic thinker with a demonstrable record of accomplishment with strong knowledge and experience of leadership development, organisational development, strategic approach to HRM and an acknowledged expert on Diversity issues.
