What kind of person are you?
More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
After working for over 20 years in the public sector, I set up my leadership consultancy, Working Solutions, in 1997. Since 2003 when I trained as a coach I have focused entirely on executive coaching - more recently exclusively with Board directors and CEOs. In November my book "Internal Coaching: The Inside Story" is published, focusing on helping organisations to develop an internal coaching resource. It draws on the experiences of very many internal coaches, coach supervisors and coach trainers and is available from Karnac Books, Waterstones, Amazon and all good bookshops.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Networking, stimulation and discussion
What do you do for your own development?
I attend and speak at conferences and workshops. I shall be speaking about internal coaching's role in supporting organisations' people strategies at the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's annual conference in Athens in November 2013.
