Gary is a practising facilitator and personal and organisational change agent with a wide range of current practical experience. His Academic background and ferocious Networking Skills keep him right up to date with the latest tools and techniques as well as the more important advances in understanding and working with individual and group behaviour. Prior to setting up his own company he was involved in a high pressure job where critical decision making in compressed timesacles was not only sought after but sometimes a matter of life and death. Gary knows that it is people who make things happen and his people centred approach is the key differentiator for Clients.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Talking, sharing and learning with and from other professionals interested in making organisations more sutiable for the human condition
What do you do for your own development?
Attend numerous development opportunities - read - speak at conferences and network, network, network.
To rsvp for the St. Albans event, go to the event page (when you're signed in to the AMED site) and on the top right, there should be a box saying 'rsvp' with 'will attend, might attend, etc' - click the one that is the right answer and go from there.
