I am a trained and experienced facilitator, mediator and a qualified academic and researcher, with a wide knowledge of scientific, environmental and developmental management subject areas. I have a particular interest and passion in facilitating collaboration across cultures and disciplines, particularly in the field of peacebuilding and conflict transformation.

What do you do for your own development?
I am an 'addicted' reflector and have developed a high sense of self-awareness which enables me to learn constantly through experience. I travel and meet others and experience their situations, In addition, I study, undertake professional development days and research my areas of interest.
