Edward Kellow is a coach and facilitator specializing in leadership and change. Edward has over twenty years of experience in learning and development, of which ten working at senior level internationally. From 2006-2012, Edward was Head of Learning and Leadership at LEAD International, the world’s largest not-for-profit leadership and sustainability network. He developed and delivered training programs in Africa, Asia, North and South America and China. In 2012 Edward designed a course on Sustainable Cities for Rio+20 that won the international public vote for the best learning event. Edward has also delivered leadership programs and workshops for many intergovernmental, business and third sector organizations, including the British Council, Barrick Gold, IUCN, Centerra Gold, Newmont Mining, Oxford University, Sustainable Development Commission (SDC), UNDP and UNEP. - A former intelligence officer, Edward has sold shirts at Harrods, supported HIV/AIDS volunteers in East London, and set up a small greetings card business, Twisted Yarns. Edward holds an MA Joint Honors French and Russian, is a qualified trainer and facilitator and coach. A graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Edward is currently working towards an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching.

I read books like "Nudge", "The Spirit Level" and 'To Sell is Human.'

I go to talks at the LSE on sustainability, development in Africa and similar. I also try to do new things when I am running workshops.
