In my eclectic career I have been a field scientist, management consultant, writer, lecturer and learning & writing developer. I have written or co-authored more than 40 books and numerous academic and popular articles, as well as developing online and other resources for universities. I run a consultancy, helping others to read and write with greater power and precision. I also head the Royal Literary Fund's Consultant Fellows' Programme, training professional writers to facilitate activities with staff and students in universities.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
to stimulate thought, co-operation and action, with like-minded colleagues.
What do you do for your own development?
Walk, swim, reflect, meditate (insight, mindfulness) and sub-aqua dive in the sea.
