I feel great honour and glad to introduce my work. Experience of taking up the role and responsibility of Dean, Director, Head of Management Science at different B-Schools. Core competency reflected in teaching HR, and Research in HRM, HRD and Cross Cultural intervention. In Higher Education space for 24+ years, with Post Doctoral experience; based out from Bangalore.
Worked for 2 PhD’s to my credit; with 15 PhD Awarded under my guidance; 11 M.Phil work; around 150 Research papers and popular writings. Representing on research journal-Member, Editorial Board Advisory Committee, and Examiner for PhD thesis for University Pan-India. Recognised Research Guide for PhD-Doctoral program.

The association is a well acknowledged organisation in educational space devoted to developing community, people, organisations across globe. The objective is to serve as a forum for people who want to share, learn and experiment in education and business space. I will be happy to connect Global community through AMED
What do you do for your own development?
1. Attend Conferences and Seminar across countries;
2. Involved in Research-PhD/ Guide PhD level work, as I am PhD Supervisor for University;
3. Attend Webinar, Professional Association network....
