What kind of person are you?
More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I began my career in Australia and am a Fellow of the Australian Human Resouces Institute as well as CIPD. I travelled to the UK around 14 years ago and have been practicing here ever since. I am quite pragmatic in my dealings with my clients and my credability as a practitioner has been built up over the years owing to my standard of ethics and being known as somebody that can be trusted.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
To be able to support others in the industry where I can :-)))
What do you do for your own development?
Quite a bit of reading of a variety of professional journals. Discussions with my network of colleagues & friends. Attending awareness sessions & training when/where appropriate.
There was a pretty active AMED group in the central belt until a few years ago. Did you have anything involvement with it? If you are interested in seeing who is still around I have a mailing list somewhere.
