David Bamber transforms the way people co-operate and perform at work. He works with a broad range of clients including pharmaceutical manufacturers, human rights charities and professional individuals. As a trained and very experienced group facilitator he enables teams, from the shop floor to senior management, to become more effective. He applies Gestalt and Humanistic principles to training and business change. By releasing the inherent potential of individuals, groups and organisations, he creates the opportunity for real change.
