Writing the article for "Making the invisible visible" reminded me that I have a huge invisible tool bag to draw from ...and that being considered "too sensitive" in the past, is the same gift that allows me to see what can easily be missed, to recognise connections, see things differently.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Inspiration and perhaps more opportunities to write, given the fantastic support from Alison Donaldson's editorship.
What do you do for your own development?
Supervision, Read and discuss, Time To Think Collegiate, regular (2 or 3 times per week) Thinking Partnerships with colleagues, a different course each year
