I am co-founder and co-director of The Association of Facilitators a membership organisation committed to the training, supervision, and accreditation of group facilitators. I enjoy my work very much and hold an MSc in Training and Continuing Education, Post Grad Dip in Humanistic Psychology, CNAA Certificate in Adult Education, and have circa 30 years experience working in this field.
I balance work with my enjoyment of sport, I hold Black Belt grades in both Aikido and Judo. To fully unwind I play guitar, dabbling in classical and flamenco - if only I had more time!

Creative dialogue, peer learning,
