Self employed and worked as a coach and facilitator in Leadership and Management development for over 25 years. Last 15 years have 'retrained' as a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist and use these skills to enable individuals and teams to unblock limits to success and provide sustainable people and organisation development.

Inspiration and new 'views on the world'. Contacts and networking.

What do you do for your own development?

Supervision - for coaching and clinical work. Peer group meetings monthly, reading, courses and conferences.
