I'm interested in your list of skills, starting from the technical and working towards the human systems. I tend to think the other way round which is probably why they call me a tree-hugger at work. Perhaps it would be easier to engage with the sceptics if I started more from the tangible outcomes. After all, that's how I migrated in my own thinking.
