I’m a Chartered Manager and hold a postgraduate diploma in strategic management. I am a qualified business & executive leadership coach, with a diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London, and coaching supervisor, with a Level 7 Certificate with the ILM.
Additionally, I have a master’s degree in education and am an accredited Workplace and Employment Mediator. If you’re interested in psychometric testing, I’m qualified with the British Psychological Society (BPS) to carry out assessments by leading providers.
I'm a member of the International Coach Federation and work to their Code of Ethics.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
To broaden my network of people who are as passionate about this area of work as I am.
I'm keen to read about other members research.
What do you do for your own development?
I attend a number of coaching CPD events, conferences and more generic networking events.
I am writing a proposal to do a Ph.D. researching 'to what extent psychological coaching approaches impact on coaching supervision within organisations'.
