e-O&P is AMED’s respected quarterly journal with a long and proud tradition of encouraging people to publish promising ideas and practices concerning personal and organisational development.
We seek to encourage researchers and practitioners from a range of backgrounds and disciplines to hone and celebrate their writing as an important part of their professional repertoire.
We have some great articles in gestation for forthcoming editions of e-O&P, and we are now looking to expand our network of “Critical Friends”.
Critical Friends can be matched with an author by mutual consent as early as possible during the drafting stage. Their role is to support the author by offering appropriate feedback, encouragement and suggestions.
If you think you might like to help in this way ...
... please contact Bob or David, who are members of the e-O&P Editorial Board.
Bob has written extensively on the role of Critical Friends. If you'd like more information, he'll be happy to send you his article from ‘Organisations and People’, August 2006. Meantime, in case it helps, here is a brief note that Bob prepared on the subject for the AMED Writers' Group. Writing Relationships Critical Friends and Others.pdf
We’re sure you’ll enjoy this exciting and mutually rewarding writing relationship. We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Best wishes.
