So ... hopefully, that is all the corrections incorporated. There are always some howling errors which creep in with the last minute faffing.
I thought I'd finished when I remembered 'Gold Teeth' so I just added it in after Shelagh's article.
Word document only as the PDF version is over the size limit and I have run out of time for further faffing. (Someone might try saving the Word into pdf on their machine? Linda? To see if it comes out under 5Mb?)
Still time to correct typos and aforementioned howling errors. No major rewrites at this stage. :-)
