Hi David, I have made tiny corrections to my own article using track changes and margin comments. I also enjoyed reading the editorial and noticed a couple of minute errors there. I tried to attach both files here but it didn't seem to work. I'll email you with attachments instead.

Do you think we could get a better picture of John Tobin? Or is the one we have good enough and it has gone all fuzzy through the 'process'? Rob
