Hi everyone,

I'm involved in developing an application to help people planning and facilitating better workshops and meetings.

I'd love to hear about how do you currently prepare your session plans and agendas! What tools are you using for it? And how do you ensure that you have a balanced mixed of activities in your session?

If you are interested to check out a more flexible and intuitive tool than Excel or Word for building session agendas, you are more than welcome to visit www.sessionlab.com. The application has a free version, and you can also find a 2 minutes video here, explaining how it works.

I'd love to hear what is your impression about it - it's a work-in-progress tool, so your feedback can help us to develop it further so it would be really useful for you :-)

Thanks,

Robert

P.s.you can also find an open source public library of facilitation methods with hundreds of reviewed facilitation methods, team building and ice breaker activities in the SessionLab library at www.sessionlab.com/library
