Event Description

Your invitation

Come join us for this timely Gathering of like minds on 26 April.

Themes include:

The broader context (including the forthcoming European Referendum), the dynamics of SME 'growth' and 'development', an SME support ecosystem, optimising stakeholder communications, and success criteria and evaluation processes.

Many AMED and ISBE Members – whether sole traders or as members of consultancy or business organisations – operate as or with other SMEs and entrepreneurs in the non-profit, charity, public, as well as private, sectors.

Our Gathering, co-hosted by ISBE and AMED. is for 40 people.  It emerges from a recent ISBE CoI meeting and the publication of the Autumn 2015 special themed issue of AMED’s journal e-O&P . It also prepares for a follow-up edition of e-O&P in Summer 2016.

See our indicative programme here pdfWord .  It  represents a strong practitioner perspective, and costs £25, with 5 special free places.

There will be no lengthy formal presentations.  Rather, we'll engage primarily in facilitated group discussions around key themes.

To confirm your place, please click here.  If you’d like more information before doing so, please contact Linda Williams at the AMED Office.  E: amedoffice@amed.org.uk; T: 0300 365 1247; W:  www.amed.org.uk.

Adopting an approach of critical friendships, we’ll explore ways for diverse stakeholders to work more effectively together to mutual benefit. This will be of particular relevance to various Communities of Interest and Special Interest Groups. You're welcome to post your thoughts here.
