The Sustainability Toolkit, run by the Schumacher Institute, is for people ‘in transition’. People who have tried the world of work but are looking for something more ‘worthwhile’, something that feeds their spirit and their passion. It will introduce people to systems thinking and help them to make the transition to sustainable work.
The course is designed to provide useful knowledge for meaningful work – about different perspectives, about sustainability, about how you learn, about how groups work, about systemic thinking and what this really means for sustainability. By the end of this programme, participants will be confident, sought after, taken seriously, clear about where they are heading and how to get there, and supported by a network.
To fit round busy schedules, evening classes will take place every other Wednesday at The Hub, Kings Cross. The programme starts on 18th January 2012 and is accredited as a post-graduate certificate by Bath Spa University.
