Hi there Penny - yes, that would be great!! Let me know when and where - I am  reasonably free apart from the evening when I have plans. And it's cool that we're all located pretty close to each other!

I look forward to seeing you again then and to meeting Johnnie then too!

All the best,

Hi Debbie,

Very nice to meet you at last too!  I'm mulling over the 'open space' idea and wondering how it might fit with the ideas I've been kicking around with Johnnie Moore.  Would you like to join a further coffee-and-conversation which he and I have planned for 6th January?

Happy Christmas!

Very nice to meet you today Penny, Bruce and Hannah. I look forward to meeting more of the network in 2011 and to learning and growing together as we look to apply our varied skills, wisdom and expertise to the challenges of our times.

All the best to all over the festive period.

From the Informal Pub Lunch today:

Ideas for future gatherings:

- open space for SDN members and others, exploring what works, what's missing, what we are working on - to build more sense of community as well as learning from each other;

- graphic facilitation helping to coax out the elephants from under the table;

- understanding the current paradigm of international development, and alternatives to it;

- whole-system description: how to understand the planet and how we live on it;

We also shared some information resources.  Please add any to this list:

The Rhizome blog on how to run good community meetings etc:

Bruce Nixon's website:

Looking forward to continuing to meet in 2011.

Happy Holidays!

Hi Martin, hope your visit to Manchester is successful - and that we see you at a SDN event in 2011.

Warm regards
