Post-AGM ‘Show and Tell’ sessions, via Zoom
Thursday 24th September 2020, 1:00-2.00 pm
Showing and Telling: After the AGM, from 1.00-1.25 pm, we’ll be hosting two short, innovative 10-minute interactive ‘Show-and-Tell’ sessions, consisting of a seven-minute talk, and three minutes of Q&A.
Diversifying perspectives? Then, from 1.25 - 2.00 pm, Bella Mehta of the Association of Facilitators will facilitate a discussion exploring the issue of how we might increase the diversity of our membership, particularly with people of colour.
Please note that, to facilitate subsequent decision-making, we also propose to record the open sessions and chats and possibly release them as short podcasts and/or videos on YouTube. If you’d prefer not to be recorded, you can simply mute your microphone and switch off your video. You’ll still be able to follow the discussion.
The event is fully-funded (free) – but please book by 21st September (earlier if possible) through our website or email amedoffice@amed.org.uk. The joining instructions will be emailed on 22nd September (same as the link for AGM). Please bring your own lunch and refreshments.
We’re looking forward to seeing and hearing you on 24th September.
Very best wishes.
