Event Description

Do you care about the world of work and its impact on individuals, families, society and the environment?

Come and join us at our next AMED Café lunchtime ‘pop-in’, 12:15 on Tuesday 6 July to explore psychological safety.

The re:Work team at Google have rediscovered some familiar truths about the importance of psychological safety for effective teams.

We’d love you to join us in exploring and practising this concept.

AMED Café is on Wonder.me, accessible through your browser on desktop and laptop computers: (https://www.wonder.me/r?id=f75100b0-68a9-45e6-9927-7bfa8773d637)

For more information or if you have any comments or suggestions, please contact Linda at the AMED Office.

At AMED we are always happy to hear from anybody supporting our aims who would enjoy trying their hand at being a trustee or guest editor or otherwise more involved.

I realise I am very on board with a view that feelings of safety with others are important for working together most generatively, and at the same time reflecting that there are contexts around inclusion and climate and justice that seem very unsafe - what nature of 'safety' best serves us? Looking forward to the enquiries.
