Mindful Facilitation: Exploring how Meditation brings Mindfulness to Your Action Learning Practice
Jo Royle will explore the benefits of being more mindful and share with you two routes to mindfulness. The day will include exploration of the benefits of mindfulness in an Action Learning context.
Jo will teach you the theory and practice of 'Effortless Meditation' ; talking about the mind, how meditation works and dispelling some common misconceptions. You will learn a 20 minute meditation practice which done daily has physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.
The afternoon will be spent in Action Learning Sets, where there will opportunities to further explore the concept and applications.
