Collaboration is key to innovation and finding creative solutions to complex issues. And it isn’t always easy, particularly when we have different views.
In this workshop we will explore what helps and what gets in the way of collaborating. Rowena will introduce the Systems-centered® map of phases of team development and we will link this to participants’ experience, including AMED and the Humanistic Management UK Chapter’s recent collaboration on e-O&P.
We are offering this workshop immediately following our AGM in the context of our continuing AMED2020 co-inquiry. There is no charge for attending. Light refreshments will be provided.
