'Walking and Writing' in London is a prelude to the themes we will be exploring subsequently at OST 2014 from my home in Tostat, in the foothills of the French Pyrenees. So, for this AMED Writers’ Group session, I thought it would be good to highlight some of the themes that particularly intrigue me, and open them up as writing stimuli for you. So, the two paired themes that I would like to work with you on are ...
o Judgement and Love
o Self and Others
I am thinking of gentle picture stimuli, music, the chance to wander outside, and the opportunity to reflect in writing on those themes. I will devise ways in which you can do this, both alone and together with others, and hope that you will want to explore these themes with me and each other.’
This is a ‘taster’ for our more intensive co-inquiry in Tostat over 1-5 July, . We have imagined these two gatherings in London and Tostat as independent events, although of course they are both intertwined.
Alison has many years of experience of facilitating and implementing organisational and personal development in the public, private and not for profit sectors. She is a Veriditas-trained and certified labyrinth facilitator, a highly experienced coach, and co-founder of 'Moving through Transitions'. She and her team are highly skilled and personally committed to their original vision of supporting personal growth and change in inspiring settings.
Cost (payable on arrival): £12 for full AMED Members; £15 for Networkers and Guests. This includes light refreshments.
Afterwards, you can continue the conversation just across the road at The Ship pub.
Please let me know by 18 June (earlier if possible) if you're planning to come on 20 June. It would also be a great help if you could indicate your intentions in the RSVP panel on the right hand side of this Events web page.
Best wishes. Bob email@example.com
