Aspects of group dynamics are highly relevant to facilitation. Through the good offices of Tim, we have arranged this six-week experiential group in which participants can explore group dynamics in action.
This is a taster experience for people who are interested in managing and leading. So in these initial six sessions, there won't be too much emphasis on anxiety-in-groups. However, after having had this experience, there's the possibility (tbc) of moving on subsequently to a more extensive and intensive programme.
Tim has designed this offering specially for AMED Members, Guests and Networkers. Each hour and a half session is unstructured, allowing participants to develop their trust, empathy and management skills and improve their understanding of themselves and others. Following these six weeks, if there is sufficient interest, there is the prospect of a continuing group. Group members contract to attend all six sessions.
When and where?
Six sessions, every Wednesday from 6.30-8.00 pm between 18 February to 25 March 2015 at the Institute of Group Analysis.
