About Action Inquiry and the Global Leadership Profile
Action inquiry can be considered the basic kung fu of all leadership practices. The aim is timely action for self, for fellow inter-actors, and for a wider cultural and natural ecology in each unique situation. The Global Leadership Profile (GLP) can be considered the psychometric most widely validated for indicating where along the path of action inquiry mastery you currently work and what next steps can deepen your practice.
