O&P is relevant for professionals, managers and consultants working in companies throughout the private and public sector, voluntary organisations an academic institutions. Individuals at all stages of their careers will find the articles highly readable with a practical bias and a balance between case studies, interviews, articles, reviews and editorial.

Members of AMED receive the journal as part of their subscription. Non-members wishing to receive the journal should contact AMEDoffice about non-member subscription rates.

Two CDs of compilation articles are available on CD.

For only £10 (plus £1.50 postage in the UK), you can buy either the Coaching & Mentoring CD (22 articles) or the Positive Approaches to Change CD (17 articles).
