new logo

I am not sure how to import my own blog into Ning - I have a WordPress blog going on my website, so if anyone can help, that would be great.

In the meantime, my new logo is posted on my website - www.lvsconsulting.com - thanks to all those who gave me input into the decision-making process!

What is OD? Defining the practice and profession of Organisational Development

There was a fascinating discussion during the first meeting of the St Albans AMED group about what connected us as OD practitioners. For one thing, we mostly didn't call ourselves OD practitioners, but felt we might be thought of in that way from time to time.
